The role of the Records and Registration Coordinator is to manage the processing of various student records functions, such as special enrollments, adds/drops/withdrawals, revision of records, refund appeals, transfer of divisions, transcript fulfillment and diploma production. This position oversees the responses to telephone calls and email/Cherwell ticket submission. This staff member serves as a leader for other team members and supervision of student workers, ensuring excellent customer service. This staff member assists with student information and related systems testing as well as process improvement.
