Registrar

Job Description
The Office of the University Registrar is looking for a dynamic individual to serve as an Assistant Registrar in the Records and Registration areas.
This position will manage registration appointments, manage commencement schedules and related office support, manage office communication in coordination with MU SIS in addition to other records and registration responsibilities. This position will work with staff across campus on issues related to records and registration of MU students. The ideal candidate will be familiar with University policies and ensure that all records and registration processes are managed within University policy.
Reporting to the Associate Registrar – Records and Registration, this position may serve as a liaison to University committees. This position will may also supervise a staff position and provide support and leadership within the Office of the University Registrar.

Shift
Monday - Friday 8-5pm, some evenings and weekends may be required.

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with myZou (PeopleSoft/Oracle) or other Student Information. Multiple years’ experience in a higher education registrar’s office or similar experience working with student records, registration or related functions

Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $50,367-$60,000 per year
Grade: GGS-010
