The Operations and Systems Manager will be responsible for oversight, maintenance, and administration of CRM to various departments on campuses responsible for student success initiatives and retention of graduate and undergraduate students. This position serves as the liaison between end users and the vendor as well as overseeing the day to day operations/management of the systems. This includes helping with workflow issues, training staff, managing roles for staff in the CRM for access, creating/modifying email templates, developing enrollment management workflows, data management, application development, and application implementations.
This position will support UCM’s efforts for student success and provide a CRM that encompasses the student academic lifecycle and supports student advising. Will work in collaboration with offices on campus. |
